How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaboratively select the most suitable tax team based on your interests and our internal openings, advising clients on complex tax issues.
• Support project managers in the delivery of technology and transformation projects, including process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution development/testing.
• Develop a clear, long-term career path with access to internal and external professional training, including support to pursue qualifications like dipl. Tax expert or MAS FH studies in Digital and AI Transformation.
• Become part of an international, interdisciplinary team with ample opportunities for on-the-job learning.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are curious and bold, respectful and integrative, with a positive and results-oriented attitude, ready to take responsibility and find solutions.
• You have an interest in technology and transformation; experience in software development and/or building low-code/no-code solutions is a plus.
• You possess a flair for numbers and understand business connections, driven by a thirst for knowledge that enriches our projects with new perspectives.
• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences in fields such as computer science, information technology, engineering, business administration, law, or a similar domain.
• You communicate confidently in English; proficiency in German or French is an advantage.
