How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaboratively select the most suitable tax team based on your interests and our internal openings. Together with this team, you will advise our clients on complex tax issues.
• Support our project managers in the delivery of technology and transformation projects by mapping processes, gathering requirements, and developing/testing solutions.
• Develop a clear, long-term career path with internal and external professional training offers, as well as the time and financial assistance necessary to become a Dipl. Tax Expert or pursue MAS FH studies in Digital and AI Transformation.
• Be part of an international and interdisciplinary team with numerous learning opportunities.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are curious, bold, respectful, and integrative, with a positive and results-oriented attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
• You have a keen interest in technology and transformation. Experience in software development and/or building low-code/no-code solutions is a plus.
• You possess a strong aptitude for numbers, understand business connections, and have a thirst for knowledge that brings fresh perspectives to our projects.
• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences in computer science, information technology, engineering, business administration, law, or a similar field.
• You communicate confidently in English; knowledge of German or French is an advantage.
