How You Can Make an Impact

• We will collaboratively select the most suitable tax team based on your interests and our internal openings. Together with this team, you will advise our clients on complex tax issues.
• Support our project managers in the delivery of technology and transformation projects by mapping processes, gathering requirements, and developing/testing solutions.
• Develop a clear, long-term career path with internal and external professional training offers as well as the time and financial assistance necessary for the training to become a dipl. Tax expert or MAS FH studies in Digital and AI Transformation.
• Be part of an international and interdisciplinary team with abundant learning opportunities on the job.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are curious and bold, respectful and integrative. You bring a positive, results-oriented attitude and a willingness to take responsibility and find solutions.
• You have an interest in technology and transformation; experience in software development and/or building low-code/no-code solutions is a plus.
• You possess a flair for numbers and business connections, coupled with a thirst for knowledge that enriches our projects with fresh perspectives.
• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences in computer science, information technology, engineering, business administration, law, or a related field.
• You communicate confidently in English; German or French would be an advantage.
