How You Can Make an Impact

As a Consultant, you will immerse yourself in hands-on experience from day one, supporting our client engagements to address their most pressing challenges and opportunities surrounding digital transformation, customer interaction, innovation, and technology strategies. In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

• Applying Design Thinking and other user-centric methodologies to identify problems, ideate solutions, and define strategic concepts.
• Shaping the definition and development of digital products in an agile manner.
• Supporting our clients in conceptualizing innovative end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels—always with a focus on finding the balance between user needs, business objectives, and technological feasibility.
• Acting as an intrapreneur, further developing your personal and professional skill set by engaging in internal initiatives you are passionate about, where you can make a lasting impact.

Who We Are Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• A master's degree from a reputable university in business/economics, digital/design management, or STEM subjects.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating a history of delivering experience-centric digital strategies and/or solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate business problems and digital experience solutions to stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and German; proficiency in French is a significant advantage.
• The ability to effectively collaborate with a variety of clients and navigate challenging situations, establishing credibility and trust with stakeholders.
• A team player who can closely collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as designers, developers, and business analysts.
• A passion for the value that digital solutions can provide to users and businesses.
