We are seeking to expand our Digital Process Transformation Team in Zurich and are looking for skilled professionals to fill the Consultant/Manager position in the field of digital business transformation and process management.
Area of Activity
In this role, you will collaborate in small teams of Helbling experts, consisting of qualified professionals in consulting, engineering, and various industries. The primary objective is to generate sustainable value across multiple areas, including:
- Process management
- Transformations
- Efficiency and revenue enhancement
- Digitalization projects
- SAP-based business transformations
- Organizational design
- Supply chain management
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Informatics
- Ideally, initial professional experience in consulting or a similar role on the client side
- High affinity for technology-related topics
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills along with a hands-on mentality
- Willingness to travel and flexibility (multi-week stays abroad may be required)
- Creativity, excellent communication skills, and fluency in German and English
