Facilitate International Mobility for Global Organizations

As a Consultant in our Global Employer Services (GES) team, you will provide tax advisory and compliance services to our clients. You will work on global engagements, collaborating with your team to deliver leading services on global mobility tax, social security, immigration, global mobility compensation, advisory, technology, analytics, reward, employment tax, and share plans. Ultimately, you will enable our clients to successfully navigate international mobility.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Engage in client-facing activities and take responsibility for cross-divisional projects across various industries from day one.
• Provide individual tax compliance and advisory services for international corporate clients and individuals.
• Collaborate with other subject matter experts on multidisciplinary advisory projects covering a wide range of Swiss tax and mobility topics.
• Maintain direct contact with clients and their global workforce, supporting the development of strong client relationships.
• Join an international and interdisciplinary team, with abundant opportunities for on-the-job learning.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are curious, bold, and integrative, with a positive, results-oriented attitude and a readiness to tackle responsibilities and find solutions for various clients.
• You are eager to learn and grow, enjoy challenging the status quo, and work independently and efficiently.
• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences in law, business administration, or a related field, with ideally some tax knowledge.
• You possess keen attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office applications, and a knack for technology and analytics.
• You communicate confidently in French and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
