Facilitate International Mobility for Global Organisations

As a Consultant in our Global Employer Services (GES) team, you will be responsible for providing tax advisory and compliance services to our clients. You will work on global engagements alongside your team to deliver exceptional services on global mobility tax, social security, immigration, global mobility compensation, mobility advisory, technology, analytics, reward, employment tax, and share plans. Your expertise will help clients successfully navigate the complexities of international mobility.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Get involved in client-facing activities and take charge of cross-divisional projects across various industries from day one.
• Provide individual tax compliance and advisory services for international corporate clients and individuals.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts on multidisciplinary advisory projects covering a wide range of Swiss tax and mobility-related topics.
• Maintain and develop client relationships through direct contact with clients and their global workforce.
• Join an international and interdisciplinary team, offering ample on-the-job learning opportunities.

Who We Are Looking For

• You possess curiosity, boldness, and an integrative mindset, coupled with a positive, result-oriented attitude.
• You are eager to learn and develop, challenge the status quo, and work independently and efficiently toward solutions.
• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences in law, business administration, or a related field, ideally with tax knowledge.
• You have strong attention to detail, are proficient in MS Office applications, and possess a keen sense of technology and analytics.
• You communicate confidently in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
