In Global Employer Services, we support internationally mobile employees and executives as they work across borders. Our work ensures that individuals sent on assignments abroad, relocating to Switzerland, or working in multiple countries remain compliant with tax and social security rules, both locally and internationally.

You will focus on Swiss Individual Tax and Social Security, working in a high-impact team to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet the complex needs of our global clients.

Your Responsibilities

• You will have the opportunity to take ownership from day one and be involved in client-facing activities in the field of Swiss tax and social security.
• You will prepare Swiss tax declarations, file social security applications, and analyze complex international tax and social security positions.
• You will conduct research and prepare advice tailored to each client.
• You will develop specific knowledge in Swiss national and international tax and social security, including bilateral agreements with the EU and applicable double tax treaties. Combining your strengths and skills with the know-how of our experienced teams will enable you to reach your full professional and personal potential while assisting our clients on a wide range of tax and social security topics.
• You will have the opportunity to learn and apply your technical knowledge directly to engaging cases. Additionally, you will assist in preparing and delivering presentations to clients and colleagues.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, business, economics, finance, or a similar field.
• Applicants without a university degree but with relevant experience (e.g., social security authorities or tax offices) are encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in German & English.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Previous mobility or tax experience is a plus but not required.
