• Work on strategic, risk, regulatory, compliance, and legal projects in the Swiss financial services sector
• Prepare workshops and contribute to client discussions
• Analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and support the design of optimized workflows and operating models
• Review and define risk and control frameworks
• Assist project teams in areas such as enforcement matters, restructuring, insolvency, and resolution processes

Who We Are Looking For

• Master's degree (or nearing completion) with an excellent academic record, preferably in business administration, economics, finance, law, engineering, or a related field
• Initial professional experience through internships or working student positions. Experience from a consulting, legal, regulatory, or financial services company is considered a plus
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and conceptual skills
• A team player with an open-minded personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
