How You Can Make an Impact

• Develop data strategies that enable our clients to meet their business objectives through regulatory compliance, cost management, and revenue enhancement.
• Design and lead data & analytics transformations by providing architectural, technical, and organizational guidance while assisting clients in executing these strategies.
• Drive Data & AI use cases from concept to production, ensuring they deliver measurable business value.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients through project engagement and business development while expanding your internal and external networks.
• Support business development initiatives to generate new project opportunities.
• Set an example for colleagues by demonstrating a strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and subject matter expertise.
• Grow your expertise in various industry sectors and share your insights with Deloitte's talent pool.

Consulting and Communication Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with an ability to craft meaningful presentations.
• Strong conceptual capabilities to consolidate diverse requirements into cohesive solution designs, simplifying complex problems.
• Skilled in requirement analysis, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
• Attention to detail in technical design and the ability to effectively communicate technical specifications verbally and in writing.

Technical Expertise

• Strong background in Engineering and/or Mathematics.
• Familiarity with Python; experience with R is a plus.
• Practical experience with Generative AI, AI, Machine Learning, and/or Analytics solutions is desirable.
• Experience with data science workbench tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Dataiku is advantageous.

Language Proficiency

• Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly preferred for effective communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Industry Experience

• Initial relevant experience in consulting, technology firms, or industry-specific roles, especially within data-driven sectors.
• Previous exposure to the Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, or Healthcare sectors is beneficial.
