How You Can Make an Impact

• Develop data strategies that help our clients achieve their business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue dimensions.
• Design data & analytics transformations by offering architectural, technical, and organizational thought leadership, guiding clients through the execution of these transformations.
• Drive Data & AI use cases from concept to production, generating business value.
• Foster and maintain trusted client relationships through project work or business development, while expanding your network both internally and externally.
• Support business development opportunities to generate new projects.
• Serve as a role model for your colleagues by demonstrating a strong work ethic, leadership capabilities, and subject matter expertise.
• Advance your expertise in various industries and subjects, sharing knowledge with the broader Deloitte talent pool.

What We Are Looking For

• Individuals who are passionate about building a career in Consulting.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while delivering independently.

Consulting and Communication Skills:

• Exceptional skills in Microsoft PowerPoint: Capable of crafting meaningful presentations.
• Strong conceptual abilities: Skilled at consolidating diverse requirements into coherent solution designs, effectively simplifying complex problems.
• Business-IT translator: Proficient in leading requirement analysis and bridging business needs with technical solutions.
• Technical design expertise: Detail-oriented with the ability to articulate technical specifics clearly in one-on-one meetings and workshops.

Technical Expertise:

• Solid foundation in Engineering and/or Mathematics.
• Familiarity with Python; experience with R is an asset.
• Practical experience with Generative AI, AI, Machine Learning, and/or Analytics solutions is advantageous.
• Proficiency with data science workbench tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Dataiku is a plus.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluency in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly preferred to enhance communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Industry Experience:

• Relevant experience in consulting, technology companies, or industry-specific roles, particularly in data-driven fields.
• Prior experience in the Banking, Insurance, Life Science, or Healthcare sectors is a plus.
