How You Can Make an Impact

• Develop data strategies that enable our clients to meet their business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue dimensions.
• Design data & analytics transformations, providing architectural, technical, and organizational thought leadership while guiding clients in executing these transformations.
• Drive Data & AI use cases from value concept to production.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through project work or business development.
• Identify business development opportunities to generate new projects.
• Serve as a role model for colleagues by demonstrating a strong work ethic, leadership, and subject matter expertise.
• Enhance your expertise in various industry sectors and share your knowledge with fellow Deloitte talent.

Consulting and Communication Skills:

• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills: Ability to design and create impactful presentations.
• Conceptual Capability: Ability to consolidate diverse requirements into coherent solution designs, simplifying complex problems.
• Business-IT Translator: Proficient in leading requirement analysis and bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
• Technical Design: Attention to detail and ability to communicate technical specifics of solution designs effectively in oral or written form.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong background in Engineering and/or Mathematics.
• Familiarity with Python; experience with R is a plus.
• Practical experience with Generative AI, AI, Machine Learning, and/or Analytics solutions is advantageous.
• Familiarity with data science workbench tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Dataiku is a plus.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English; fluency in German and/or French is highly preferred to facilitate communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Industry Experience:

• Relevant experience in consulting, technology companies, or industry-specific roles, particularly within data-driven fields.
• Previous exposure to the Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, or Healthcare sectors is advantageous.
