Your Responsibilities

• Consult and support internal departments in the pursuit of top talent.
• Analyze job profiles and craft compelling job advertisements.
• Actively search for candidates through various platforms, networks, and direct outreach.
• Conduct initial interviews, both by phone and in person.
• Create meaningful candidate profiles for hiring management.
• Support contract negotiations and finalization processes.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and departments.

Your Profile

• Completed commercial or HR-related training.
• Previous experience in recruiting or personnel consulting is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; additional language skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruiting tools.
• A proactive, structured, and independent working style.
• A friendly demeanor paired with a strong customer and service orientation.
• A team player with empathy and a willingness to learn.

What We Offer
