How You Can Make an Impact

As a Consultant, you will gain practical experience from day one, contributing to client projects that tackle their most pressing challenges and opportunities related to digital transformation, customer interaction, innovation, and technology strategies. In this role, you will:

• Take an active role in large-scale projects, coordinating team activities within your work stream to meet defined timelines and objectives.
• Develop strong relationships with clients.
• Utilize Design Thinking and other user-centric methodologies to identify problems, ideate solutions, and define strategic concepts.
• Play a key role in defining and developing digital products in an agile environment.
• Support clients in conceptualizing innovative end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels—always focusing on harmonizing users, business, and technology.
• Embrace entrepreneurship within the company by engaging in internal initiatives you are passionate about and where you can make a lasting impact.

Who Are We Looking For?

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A master’s degree from a reputable university in business/economics, digital/design management, or STEM disciplines.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience demonstrating expertise in delivering experience-centric digital strategies and/or solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of articulating business problems and digital experience solutions to stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and French; German is a strong advantage.
• Aptitude for working effectively with diverse clients and in challenging situations, establishing trust and credibility with stakeholders.
• Team-oriented mindset, enabling collaboration with multidisciplinary teams such as designers, developers, and business analysts.
• A passion for the value that digital solutions can unlock for users and businesses.
