• Develop data strategies that allow our clients to achieve their business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue pillars.
• Design data and analytics transformations, providing architectural, technical, and organizational thought leadership.
• Drive Data & AI use cases from business value conception to production.
• Foster trusted client relationships through project work and business development, expanding your internal and external networks.
• Support business development initiatives to generate new projects.
• Act as a role model for colleagues, demonstrating strong work ethic, leadership, and subject matter expertise.

What We Are Looking For

Consulting and Communication Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint: capable of designing impactful presentations.
• Strong conceptual capabilities: adept at consolidating diverse requirements into coherent solution designs.
• Business-IT Translator: skilled in leading requirement analysis and bridging business needs with technical solutions.
• Detail-oriented in technical design: able to convey technical specifics clearly in verbal and written formats, including in meetings and workshops.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong Engineering and/or Mathematics background.
• Familiarity with Python; experience with R is a plus.
• Prior practical experience with Generative AI, AI, Machine Learning, and/or Analytics solutions is recommended.
• Experience with data science workbench tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Dataiku is advantageous.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly preferred for effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Industry Experience:

• Initial relevant experiences in consulting, tech companies, or industry-specific roles, particularly in data-driven fields.
• Prior experience in the Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, or Healthcare sectors is advantageous.
