Job Description

In this exciting role, you will serve as the project manager, leading and organizing a variety of construction projects, including single-family homes, multi-family residences, and commercial and industrial buildings. You will coordinate project teams and work closely with both internal and external specialist planners. Your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling and cost control
• Quality assurance throughout the project duration
• Serving as a central communication interface between clients, authorities, contractors, and planners
• Supporting clients and tenants with project-related inquiries
• Managing 2 to 3 simultaneous projects with the assistance of experienced site managers

Your ability to manage complex projects while considering the needs of all stakeholders is crucial for the success of your endeavors.

We Expect

The ideal candidate will possess a qualification as a site manager or be in training for one. Engaged professionals who are willing to pursue part-time further training to become a site manager are also welcome to apply. Initial experience as a construction or project manager in building construction is advantageous. You should exhibit a structured and independent working style, along with high social competence, assertiveness, and a confident demeanor. Enjoying collaboration within a team and with various stakeholders is essential.
