Job Description
As the Project Manager for Civil Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial and industrial building projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating project teams
- Collaborating with internal and external specialist planners
- Managing scheduling, cost, and quality control throughout the project duration
- Serving as the central communication interface between clients, authorities, contractors, and planners
- Assisting clients and tenants with project-related clarifications
- Overseeing 2 to 3 parallel projects with support from experienced site managers
Your ability to manage complex projects while considering the needs of all stakeholders will be crucial to the success of your projects.
We Expect
- You have training as a site manager or are pursuing further education in this field
- Engaged professionals willing to undergo part-time training to become a site manager are also welcome
- Initial experience as a site or project manager in civil engineering is advantageous
- You demonstrate a structured and independent working style
- High social competence, assertiveness, and a confident demeanor are second nature to you
- You enjoy collaborating in a team and engaging with various stakeholders
