This role is central to the business's retail growth strategy, overseeing everything from flagship refurbishments and store extensions to major redevelopments and food-to-go partnerships. Collaborating closely with the Retail, Operations, Infrastructure, and Development teams, you will transform sites into modern, commercially optimized destinations that elevate the customer journey while ensuring substantial returns on investment.

The Role

This position transcends traditional construction project management. You will act as the crucial connector between development and retail operations, guaranteeing that projects are conceptualized and executed with both customer experience and commercial performance as priority.

You will manage multiple projects concurrently, guiding them from detailed design to practical completion, all while minimizing disruptions to trading and maximizing value, quality, and speed of delivery.

Projects Will Include:

• Retail store refurbishments and modernization programs
