Our client is a modern wooden construction company in its 9th generation from the Lucerne agglomeration and is looking for you as the Head of Execution for Wood Construction.
Job Description
- Contributing to team success
- Personnel management
- Planning and coordinating personnel and material resources
- Quality control
- Monitoring inventory management
- Support in calculations/sales
- Planning in CAD Cadwork
- Technical and commercial handling of projects from order receipt to invoicing
We Expect
- An upbeat and motivated personality with experience in personnel management
- A completed further education as a carpenter foreman or a HF technician in wood construction
- High willingness to provide service and a pronounced quality awareness
- Experience in project management
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Technical understanding of construction
- Proficient knowledge of commonly used IT products
