About the Job

This is not a traditional construction site role. You will work at a dedicated test site where construction machines are operated and tested under real conditions, collaborating closely with our engineering team. English is regularly used in communication, and digital tools are an integral part of the standard workflow on site. Your work will combine hands-on machine operation with structured testing and coordination across technical teams, all within a young and highly motivated environment.

About Us

We are Gravis Robotics, a Zurich-based startup dedicated to developing systems that make construction machines more intelligent and partially autonomous, thereby improving safety and efficiency in real-world operations. At our test site, experienced machine operators collaborate directly with engineers to operate and test these systems on real machines under actual working conditions.

What We Offer

  • Competitive, market-aligned salary
  • Long-term opportunity in a growing company
  • Access to modern machines and varied work
  • Small, direct team with minimal bureaucracy
