Job Description
You will play a crucial role in the technical management of construction sites, specializing in pipeline construction, sewer construction, road construction, and general civil engineering. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing construction personnel on-site professionally and collaborating with construction management for deployment planning.
- Overseeing project controlling throughout the execution phase.
- Monitoring costs, deadlines, and quality for our complex civil engineering projects in partnership with construction management.
- Ensuring safety at work, health protection, and environmental safeguarding on the construction site.
We Expect
- A basic education in civil and road construction, complemented by successful further training as a foreman and relevant professional experience.
- Experience with BIM is advantageous, or a willingness to learn.
- A charming personality and entrepreneurial mindset that enables you to motivate and lead teams effectively.
- A passion for direct interaction with clients and business partners, along with a keen interest in economic relationships.
