Job Description
- Independent management and organization of construction sites in the building sector
- Coordination and leadership of employees
- Ensuring a smooth construction process in terms of quality, deadlines, and costs
- Implementation of work preparation in coordination with project management
- Monitoring compliance with safety and accident prevention regulations
- Documentation of construction progress and participation in inspections
We Expect
- Completed training as a certified foreman (m/f/d) in building construction or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in building construction, ideally in a leadership role
- Good knowledge of construction processes, construction plans, and technical drawings
- Assertiveness, organizational talent, and teamwork skills
- Responsible and independent working style
- Good command of German, both spoken and written
