Job Description

You will be realizing single-family and multi-family houses with your team. Your responsibilities will include leading the employees, overseeing the delivery of building materials, managing cost control, and ensuring proper machinery use along with clean reporting. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and high-quality execution of all tasks.

Requirements

• Completed training as a foreman in construction
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Fluent German skills, both spoken and written
• Valid category B driver's license is mandatory
• Initiative, flexible, and goal-oriented
