Your Role

Here’s what you will do with us:

Independently manage the entire placement process—from the initial needs assessment to successful placement.
Engage with professionals who are genuinely eager to work, eliminating cold calling.
Utilize our in-house developed tools to facilitate faster and more precise placements.
Build your own customer network with the freedom to expand your connections.
Act as a valued sparring partner for construction companies regarding staffing decisions.

Qualifications

What you should bring:

Experience as an HR consultant or recruiter, ideally within the construction sector.
A structured, persistent mindset with an entrepreneurial approach.
A genuine desire to bring people into work, rather than merely placing them.
A search for a long-term position with opportunities for real development.
