Your Future Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome deliveries and visitors, ensuring proper distribution or announcements within the office.
- Plan, set up, maintain, and manage the physical aspects of the office environment.
- Ensure the kitchens and office supplies are well-stocked and functional, including regular maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain accurate electronic records.
- Handle the distribution of emails when necessary.
- Manage travel arrangements, including international travel, to deliver documents or goods and collect signatures.
Your Profile
- A basic education with the ability to communicate and write fluently in English and French (English is essential).
- Comfortable using information technology, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
- A valid driving license (a vehicle is mandatory).
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
