Your Future Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome deliveries and visitors, ensuring proper distribution or announcements within the office.
  • Plan, set up, maintain, and manage the physical aspects of the office environment.
  • Ensure the kitchens and office supplies are well-stocked and functional, including regular maintenance of equipment.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records.
  • Handle the distribution of emails when necessary.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including international travel, to deliver documents or goods and collect signatures.

Your Profile

  • A basic education with the ability to communicate and write fluently in English and French (English is essential).
  • Comfortable using information technology, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • A valid driving license (a vehicle is mandatory).
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
