Your Responsibilities

• Perform composite work on cases, frames, and fairings according to regulations.
• Conduct inspections on composite parts.
• Assess damage on engine components.
• Carry out composite modifications on parts and assemblies.
• Support continuous improvement of repair procedures to increase productivity.
• Ensure strict adherence to standard practices, safety, and quality regulations.
• Apply 5S principles to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Your Profile

• 3-4 years of technical apprenticeship (Polymer Technologist or Sheet Metal Worker).
• Proven experience in composite part repair.
• Ability to work independently with high accuracy.
• Strong team player with an open-minded attitude.
• Good English skills (required); German is an advantage.
• Basic IT knowledge.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system.
