Your Mission

Serve as the daily interface between production and the design office. Support both design and production teams in the development and optimization of components.

Provide technical support to the involved departments and facilitate the transfer of information necessary for the manufacturing of tools or parts. Test materials and ensure that quality is maintained in the composite part manufacturing area, making informed decisions regarding quality issues related to non-class A parts (e.g., inserts, foams, bodywork parts, etc.).

Maintain oversight of manufacturing quality once components are transitioned into production departments. Ensure that problem-solving is efficient and transparent throughout the entire design and manufacturing processes. Support ongoing projects and actively participate in the direction and development of composite manufacturing implementations.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification/experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with high and autoclave-cured composites.
• Demonstrated expertise and accomplishments in all areas of composite manufacturing, along with a solid understanding of various composite manufacturing methods.
• Familiarity with CAD tools, with a preference for CATIA V6, and the ability to utilize standard software packages (e.g., MS Office).
• Excellent technical, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven ability to take initiative and responsibility.
• A creative, self-motivated, honest, and open-minded individual who is flexible and able to work in a shift model (early and night shifts).
• Proficient in English, with German language skills considered an advantage.
