Our client is an internationally active trust company based in Liechtenstein. To strengthen their compliance team, we are seeking a knowledgeable and committed individual with substantial experience in Liechtenstein's trust industry.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as a competent contact person for client advisors and specialist departments on all compliance and due diligence matters.
- Independently execute and manage due diligence processes.
- Assess complex mandate structures and conduct in-depth background checks.
- Collaborate closely with authorities, banks, and external business partners.
- Prepare suspicious activity reports.
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure their practical implementation.
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training with further education in compliance or a degree in business administration or law.
- Several years of practical experience in a Liechtenstein trust company is essential.
- Professional experience in KYC, PGR, VwbPG, AIA, and FATCA.
- Reliable and independent working style.
- Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
