Job Description

• Assist the head chef in meal preparation for a wide variety of clients.
• Supervise and coordinate kitchen activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
• Contribute to the development of balanced and varied menus.
• Train and mentor junior staff.
• Assist in managing stock and ordering food products.

We Expect

• Prior experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of quality.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 3 PM.
