Currently, we are seeking a Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC) (M/F) for an 80% - 100% position to provide temporary coverage in the field of psycho-geriatric care for a duration of 1 to 3 months.
Your Future Responsibilities
- Conduct therapeutic interviews to establish a solid relational foundation with adults experiencing various psychological issues, utilizing conversation techniques and appropriate therapeutic tools.
- Support residents in daily living activities, offering comfort care and performing somatic tasks, including dressings and other technical procedures.
- Effectively manage crisis situations, delivering immediate and appropriate support during challenging times for residents.
- Serve as a trusted partner in communication with relatives and families, ensuring smooth and reassuring updates regarding the resident's progress.
Your Profile
- You hold a federal certificate (CFC) as a Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC).
- You possess experience in psycho-geriatric care and are comfortable assisting individuals with psychological disorders.
- You demonstrate calmness, rigor, and empathy when facing crisis situations and mental health challenges.
- You have the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless communication for quality support.
- Your interpersonal skills enable you to build trusting relationships with patients and their families.
