Join Our Team as a Communications Specialist
We are a world-leading Engine MRO service provider headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, with over 90 years of experience delivering customized maintenance, repair, and overhaul solutions to more than 300 customers worldwide. We are currently looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Communications team at Zurich Airport and Bad Zurzach.
Your Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve all internal and external communications channels, implementing concepts and campaigns that support engagement, recruitment, customer experience, and sales.
- Drive brand management across the company by maintaining guidelines, templates, and designs, while advising senior leaders on brand use and storytelling for news, press elements, and collateral.
- Manage marketing and communications projects to enhance brand awareness, collaborating with agencies to produce visuals, graphics, and video assets.
- Oversee and optimize all communication channels, including the website, blog, social media, employee magazine, intranet, info screens, and local internal events with HR; analyze performance, identify trends, and make continuous improvements.
- Promote a positive Safety Culture by ensuring effective communication of Safety and Quality Policies and the successful implementation of SMS duties as outlined in the SMS Manual.
- Support crisis communication activities and coordinate team tasks as needed.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 3+ years in marketing and communications and a proven record in effective employee communications and engaging campaigns.
- Strong internal communications background; experience engaging production staff is a plus.
- Excellent English skills (C1+); confident communicator across all levels.
- Native-level Swiss German is an asset.
- High affinity for brand management, social media, and digital tools; advanced MS Office skills; video editing experience is an advantage.
- Outstanding writing skills with the ability to adapt content for multiple channels and audiences.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders.
