Commercial Operations Lead
Location: Küssnacht am Rigi, Switzerland
Company: Swiss Nutri GmbH
Start Date: May 1, 2026
About Swiss Nutri
Swiss Nutri is a family-owned Swiss company based in Küssnacht am Rigi. For over a decade, we have been developing popular nutraceuticals for the Swiss market, and we are currently experiencing strong and increasing demand both within Switzerland and internationally.
As we enter a new phase of growth and organizational development, we are seeking an analytically strong and commercially minded Commercial Operations Lead. This role will focus on improving execution, supporting key decision-making, and building a scalable foundation for further expansion.
Role Overview
This position centers on applying economic reasoning to operational and commercial decision-making, including pricing, demand forecasting, cost optimization, production planning, and capital allocation. The goal is to transform data and market demand into informed decisions that enhance margins, improve capital efficiency, and support long-term revenue stability.
During the CEO's medical leave, the successful candidate will assume a significant portion of the CEO's daily responsibilities, contributing to the business's support through this critical growth phase. This hands-on role offers broad exposure across operations, supply chain, planning, product launches, and commercial execution.
The candidate will lead the execution of an ambitious 2026 pipeline of 50 to 100 product launches across Switzerland and international markets. This requires effective coordination across planning, suppliers, production, inventory, timelines, and market execution.
A central aspect of the role involves developing decision-making models using applied artificial intelligence to assess formulations, consumer demand, sales forecasting, customer preferences, and effective marketing strategies both domestically and abroad.
This is a unique opportunity for a high-potential candidate to take substantial responsibility early in their career and work directly on commercially significant decisions within a growing Swiss business.
