As we embark on a new phase of growth and organizational development, we are seeking an analytically strong and commercially minded Commercial Operations Lead. This individual will play a vital role in improving execution, supporting key decision-making, and establishing a scalable foundation for further expansion.
Role Overview
This role focuses on leveraging economic reasoning for operational and commercial decision-making, including pricing, demand forecasting, cost optimization, production planning, and capital allocation. The aim is to transform data and market demand into sound decisions that enhance margins, strengthen capital efficiency, and ensure long-term revenue stability.
With the CEO currently on medical leave, the successful candidate will assume a significant portion of daily responsibilities to help navigate the business through this important growth phase. This hands-on position offers broad exposure across operations, supply chain, planning, product launches, and commercial execution.
The successful candidate will help lead the execution of an ambitious pipeline of 20 to 30 product launches in 2026 across Switzerland and international markets, requiring strong coordination in planning, production, inventory, timelines, and market execution.
A central aspect of this role involves building decision-making models utilizing applied artificial intelligence to assess formulations, consumer demand, sales forecasting, customer preferences, and effective marketing strategies both in Switzerland and abroad.

Key Responsibilities
- Assume a significant portion of the CEO’s operational and commercial responsibilities during their medical leave.
- Support the business during a period of robust growth both in Switzerland and internationally.
- Lead operational execution for 50 to 100 product launches in 2026, ensuring timely and coordinated delivery.
- Translate growth targets into economically sound operating plans, including pricing strategies, production cadence, inventory planning, and working capital management.
- Develop and maintain cost, margin, and demand models to enhance business decision-making.
- Create decision-making models using applied artificial intelligence to evaluate formulations, consumer demand, sales forecasting, customer preferences, and effective marketing strategies.
- Oversee operational processes including forecasting, reporting, procurement, inventory, and supplier coordination.
- Align production planning with demand forecasts and stock requirements.
- Enhance efficiency, strengthen internal coordination, and establish a clear operational structure.
- Support leadership with prioritization, decision-making, and business continuity.
- Develop scalable systems and processes that facilitate long-term growth.
Candidate Profile

While previous full-time work experience is not a prerequisite, we encourage exceptional recent graduates with outstanding academic backgrounds and strong analytical skills to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Economics or a closely related quantitative discipline from a prestigious university.
- Fluent or native-level English proficiency.
- Solid grounding in economics, including pricing, cost structures, demand planning, and working capital optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to translate complexity into practical systems and clear execution.
- High level of digital fluency and strong organizational discipline.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and confidence in a dynamic business environment.
- Ability to manage a high-volume launch calendar with meticulous attention to detail and commercial discipline.
