About Swiss Nutri

Swiss Nutri is a family-owned Swiss company located in Küssnacht am Rigi. For over a decade, we have been developing popular nutraceuticals for the Swiss market, and we are currently experiencing strong and increasing demand both domestically and internationally.

As our business enters a new phase of growth and organizational development, we are seeking an analytically adept and commercially minded Commercial Operations Lead. This role will be essential in enhancing execution, supporting key decision-making, and establishing a scalable foundation for further expansion.

Role Overview

This position focuses on utilizing economic reasoning to inform operational and commercial decision-making, which includes aspects such as pricing, demand forecasting, cost optimization, production planning, and capital allocation. The objective is to translate data and market insights into sound decisions that enhance margins, improve capital efficiency, and support long-term revenue stability.

As the CEO is currently on medical leave, the successful candidate will assume a significant portion of daily responsibilities and aid the business during this crucial growth phase. This hands-on role offers broad exposure across operations, supply chain, planning, product launches, and commercial execution.

The successful candidate will lead the execution of an ambitious 2026 pipeline comprising 50 to 100 product launches across Switzerland and international markets. This necessitates strong coordination among planning, suppliers, production, inventory, timelines, and market execution.

A core component of this role will be the development of decision-making models utilizing applied artificial intelligence to assess formulations, consumer demand, sales forecasting, customer preferences, and effective marketing strategies, both in Switzerland and abroad.

This is a unique opportunity for a high-potential candidate to assume substantial responsibilities early on and directly influence commercially significant decisions in a growing Swiss business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop decision-making models using applied artificial intelligence to evaluate formulations, consumer demand, sales forecasting, customer preferences, and effective marketing strategies.
  • Oversee operational processes across forecasting, reporting, procurement, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
  • Manage supplier relationships and support negotiations with manufacturing and ingredient partners.
  • Align production planning with demand forecasts and stock requirements.
  • Enhance efficiency, improve internal coordination, and establish a clear operational structure across the company.
  • Assist leadership with prioritization, decision-making, and business continuity.
  • Develop scalable systems and processes that support long-term growth.
