As we embark on a new phase of growth and organizational development, we seek an analytically strong and commercially-minded Commercial Operations Lead to enhance execution, support key decision-making, and establish a scalable foundation for further expansion.
Role Overview
This pivotal role focuses on utilizing economic reasoning in operational and commercial decision-making, including aspects such as pricing, demand forecasting, cost optimization, production planning, and capital allocation. The aim is to transform data and market demand into insightful decisions that bolster margins, enhance capital efficiency, and contribute to long-term revenue stability.
In the CEO's absence due to medical leave, the successful candidate will shoulder a significant portion of day-to-day responsibilities, guiding the business through a crucial growth phase. This hands-on position offers extensive exposure across operations, supply chain, planning, product launches, and commercial execution.
The ideal candidate will lead the execution of an ambitious pipeline for 2026, involving 50 to 100 product launches across Switzerland and international markets, requiring strong coordination across planning, suppliers, production, inventory, timelines, and market implementation.
A crucial aspect of this role involves building decision-making models using applied artificial intelligence to assess formulations, consumer demand, sales forecasting, customer preferences, and effective marketing strategies both in Switzerland and abroad.

Key Responsibilities
- Assume a substantial share of the CEO’s day-to-day operational and commercial responsibilities during their medical leave.
- Support the business during a period of strong growth in Switzerland and internationally.
- Lead the operational execution of 50 to 100 product launches in 2026, ensuring timely and well-coordinated delivery.
- Translate growth targets into economically grounded operating plans, inclusive of pricing, production cadence, inventory planning, and working capital management.
- Build and maintain cost, margin, and demand models to facilitate improved business decisions.
- Develop decision-making models utilizing applied artificial intelligence to assess formulations, consumer demand, sales forecasting, customer preferences, and effective marketing strategies.
- Oversee operational processes encompassing forecasting, reporting, procurement, inventory, and supplier coordination.
- Manage supplier relationships and assist in negotiations with manufacturing and ingredient partners.
- Align production planning with demand forecasts and stock requirements.
- Enhance efficiency, foster internal coordination, and establish a clear operational structure across the company.
- Assist leadership with prioritization, decision-making, and business continuity.
- Develop scalable systems and processes that support long-term growth.
Candidate Profile

Required
- Master’s degree in Economics or a closely related quantitative discipline from a leading university.
- Fluent or native-level English.
