Position: Commercial Market Intelligence Manager High Speed (m/f/d)
As the Commercial Market Intelligence Manager, you will turn insights into impact. You will lead market and competitor analysis, drive strategic initiatives, and support commercial decision-making across the High Speed division. Your role will connect market and commercial insights with technical depth, guiding business cases, managing license agreements, and owning the High Speed market strategy chapter. Your Responsibilities:
- Market Intelligence:
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and synthesize insights into actionable reports for senior management.
- Own intel platforms such as LCP Delta and GlobalData.
- Lead and coordinate the Electric Power Generation (EPG) community to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Initiate and coordinate competitor analysis while providing competitor intelligence.
- Commercial Insights:
- Provide business case support and guidance to project managers to optimize project commercial outcomes.
- Own the SmallTC business case.
- Perform competitor pricing analysis and assist with the offer creation for the SmallTC initiative.
- Manage High Speed license agreement execution with China.
- Governance & Ownership:
- Serve as the owner of the Product Market Strategy (PMS) High Speed market chapter, ensuring its relevance and completeness.
- Lead strategic commercial projects and initiatives that drive market growth and business value.
- Be the High Speed contact person for the internal Market Communication organization.
- Act as the High Speed sustainability representative and drive internal activities.
Your Background:
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration with relevant industrial or manufacturing experience.
- 5+ years of proven experience in industrial manufacturing within highly competitive markets.
- Experience in Market Research, Data Analytics, or Commercial Strategy.
- Project Management experience; Certified Program Manager (PMP, MSP, or equivalent) preferred.
- Problem-solving orientation and hands-on approach.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and cultures.
- Intellectual curiosity, an innovation mindset, and accountability for results.
