An opportunity has arisen to join our Office of the General Counsel, where you will work closely with other lawyers and various business stakeholders. Join a growing and experienced team and engage with senior staff across all functions of Deloitte.

How You Can Make an Impact

  • Lead negotiations for complex consulting and technology-based contracts, regularly interfacing with client legal teams and their external counsels.
  • Develop commercial and pragmatic solutions based on identified legal risks.
  • Provide advice on a wide range of legal topics in an international environment, highlighting potential risks and challenges related to various opportunities and engagements.
  • Offer legal support for domestic and cross-border projects.
  • Contribute to a diverse team culture where inclusive collaboration is valued and recognized.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Master's degree in law and admission to the Swiss bar.
  • Proven post-bar experience in negotiating complex commercial and technology contracts.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and German; proficiency in additional languages like French or Italian is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, analytical, and research skills.
  • Able to manage a demanding workload effectively while being responsive and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Capable of quickly adapting to a large and complex structure with various demands and efficiently prioritizing multiple projects.
  • Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
