This role involves close collaboration with other lawyers and various business stakeholders. You will be part of a growing and experienced team, with opportunities to engage with senior staff across all functions of Deloitte.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Support with a view to leading negotiations for complex consulting and technology-based contracts, regularly interfacing with client legal teams and their external counsels.
• Develop commercial and pragmatic solutions based on identified legal risks.
• Advise on a wide range of legal topics in an international environment and address potential risks and challenges related to engagements as they arise.
• Provide legal support on domestic and cross-border projects.
• Actively contribute to a diverse team with an inclusive culture, where individual contributions are recognized.

Who We Are Looking For

• Master's degree in law and admission to the Swiss bar.
• Proven post-bar experience in negotiating complex commercial and technology contracts.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German. Proficiency in French and Italian is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, analytical, and research skills.
• Ability to manage a demanding workload effectively while meeting tight deadlines.
• Capacity to quickly adapt to a complex structure with varying demands while prioritizing multiple projects.
• Experience in managing senior stakeholders and multiple relationships.

The Office of the General Counsel is responsible for managing Deloitte's legal affairs related to contract reviews, negotiations, labor law, litigation, regulatory matters, and legal risks.
