An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Office of the General Counsel, working closely with fellow lawyers and various business stakeholders. You will be part of a dynamic and experienced team, with opportunities to engage with senior staff across all functions of Deloitte.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Support and lead negotiations for complex consulting and technology-based contracts, directly engaging with client legal teams and their external counsels.
• Develop commercial and pragmatic solutions based on identified legal risks.
• Advise on a diverse range of legal topics in an international environment while addressing potential risks and challenges in various engagements.
• Provide legal support on both domestic and cross-border projects.
• Be an active member of a diverse team that values inclusive culture and recognizes individual contributions.

Who We Are Looking For

• Master's degree in law and admission to the Swiss bar.
• Proven post-bar experience in negotiating complex commercial and technology contracts.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German; proficiency in French and Italian is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, analytical, and research skills.
• Ability to manage a demanding workload effectively, remaining responsive and meeting tight deadlines.
• Capacity to adapt quickly within a large, complex structure, efficiently prioritizing tasks while managing multiple projects.
• Experience in managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
