An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team, where you will closely collaborate with fellow lawyers and various business stakeholders. You will be part of a growing, experienced team with opportunities to engage with senior staff across all functions of Deloitte.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Support and lead negotiations for complex consulting and technology-based contracts, regularly interfacing with client legal teams and their external counsels.
• Develop commercial and pragmatic solutions based on identified legal risks.
• Advise on a wide range of legal topics in an international environment, addressing potential risks and challenges as opportunities and engagements arise.
• Provide legal support for domestic and cross-border projects.
• Contribute actively as a part of a diverse team that fosters an inclusive culture and recognizes individual contributions.

Who We Are Looking For

• Master’s degree in law and admission to the Swiss bar.
• Proven post-bar experience in negotiating complex commercial and technology contracts.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German; proficiency in French and Italian is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, analytical, and research skills.
• Ability to manage demanding workloads effectively, demonstrating responsiveness while meeting tight deadlines.
• Capacity to quickly adapt to a complex structure with varying demands and prioritize efficiently across multiple projects.
• Experience in dealing with and managing senior stakeholders.

The Office of the General Counsel is responsible for managing Deloitte's legal affairs, including contract reviews and negotiations, labor law, litigation, regulatory matters, and legal risks. As a member of this team, your professional and pragmatic legal support will significantly contribute to Deloitte's success.
