The Office of the General Counsel at Deloitte Switzerland is seeking to expand its team. You will work closely with fellow lawyers and various business stakeholders, becoming an integral part of a growing, experienced team. This role offers opportunities to engage with senior staff across all functions of Deloitte.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Support and lead negotiations for complex consulting and technology-based contracts, collaborating regularly with client legal teams and their external counsels.
• Develop commercial and pragmatic solutions based on identified legal risks.
• Advise on a wide range of legal topics in an international environment, addressing potential risks and challenges as they arise.
• Provide legal support on both domestic and cross-border projects.
• Be an active member of a diverse team with an inclusive culture that celebrates individual contributions.

Who We Are Looking For

• Master's degree in law and admission to the Swiss bar.
• Proven post-bar experience in negotiating complex commercial and technology contracts.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German; additional languages such as French and Italian are a plus.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, analytical, and research skills.
• Able to effectively manage a demanding workload, staying responsive and meeting tight deadlines.
• Capacity to adapt swiftly to a large, complex structure with varying demands while prioritizing multiple projects efficiently.
• Experience in dealing with and managing senior stakeholders.
