Job Description

• Coordination and processing of orders and deliveries
• Maintenance and updating of inventory data in the system
• Communication with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations
• Support in optimizing logistics processes and workflows
• Handling of complaints and returns
• Working hours between 07:00 and 17:00

We Expect

• A qualified vocational training in the commercial sector, with several years of professional experience, ideally in the transport and logistics industry
• Expertise in the food sector and a solid understanding of retail and wholesale in Switzerland
• Sociable, strong in presentation, and persuasive
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in German and English
