Job Description

• Coordinate and process orders and deliveries
• Maintain and update inventory data within the system
• Communicate with suppliers and customers to ensure a seamless process
• Support the optimization of logistics processes and workflows
• Handle complaints and returns
• Work hours between 07:00 and 17:00

Requirements Profile

• Qualified vocational training in the commercial sector with several years of professional experience, ideally in the transport and logistics industry
• Expertise in the food industry along with good knowledge of retail and wholesale in Switzerland
• Outgoing personality with strong presentation and persuasion skills
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in German
