The Role of Commercial Director

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Director to join us at The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel in Switzerland!

As a pivotal member of the Hotel Leadership team reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in making essential strategic and operational decisions for the hotel.

Responsibilities

The Commercial Director is responsible for overseeing all marketing activities with the support of various teams, including Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations, and Public Relations. This leadership position focuses on:

• Sales, Marketing, and product development activities to maximize revenue per room occupied.
• Supporting brand clarity and ensuring strategic alignment.
• Providing direction on pricing and revenue management.
• Developing and implementing the Annual Sales and Marketing Plan and budget process.
• Analyzing property capabilities and identifying key sales, advertising, and public relations programs.
• Creating marketing initiatives to enhance hotel presence and communication across all channels.
• Developing and executing Public Relations and Social Media strategies in collaboration with the PR Director.
