Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Own the end-to-end analysis and reporting of eCommerce performance across all regions. Design and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports for global stakeholders, including senior leadership. Identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities through deep-dive analysis of traffic, conversion, sales, and customer behavior data.
  • KPI Standardization & Governance: Aggregate and standardize eCommerce KPIs and performance metrics across markets. Ensure consistency in definitions, methodologies, and reporting practices aligned with global business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global eCommerce, marketing, product, IT, and operations teams to align analytics insights with business strategies. Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external analytics or marketing agencies.
  • Technical Implementation & GTM Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of tracking solutions (e.g., Google Tag Manager, GA4, Adobe Analytics). Coordinate with external agencies and internal developers to ensure accurate data collection and tagging.
  • Strategic Insights & Optimization: Translate complex data into actionable insights to support decision-making and strategic planning. Recommend and track A/B tests, personalization strategies, and UX improvements based on performance data.

Profile:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in eCommerce analytics, digital performance reporting, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI), and Excel.
  • Experience with GTM, data layers, and web tagging best practices.
  • Familiarity with SQL; knowledge of Python is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.

Languages:

Fluent in English; additional languages such as German and/or French are optional.
