About Our Client

We are currently seeking an Administrative Employee for one of our clients, a company active in the construction sector, to sustainably enhance their administrative team.

Your Mission

  • Managing calls, emails, and administrative correspondence
  • Scheduling appointments and following up on client requests
  • Invoicing and sending offers, quotes, and submissions
  • Entering debtors/creditors and managing Excel listings on Bexio

Your Profile

  • CFC as an administrative employee or confirmed experience in administration
  • Strong accounting knowledge and record-keeping skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Bexio is a significant advantage
  • Self-reliant, meticulous, and dynamic individual with an interest in the construction sector
