Join Our Team as a Combustor Engineer (m/f)

Your Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and execute combustion-related tasks on-site and off-site for our installed and serviced gas turbines fleet (GT36, GT26, AE/V94.3A, AE/V64.3A, AE/V94.2).
- Lead the execution of parameters acquisition and combustion tuning either in-person or remotely, depending on project requirements.
- Coordinate with colleagues in other Ansaldo office locations (Italy, Switzerland & Abu Dhabi).
- Develop expertise in thermodynamic performance-related tasks.
- Provide extensive engineering support for Plant Support topics related to combustion and emissions.
- Ensure that all work adheres to EHS, quality, and schedule requirements.
- Implement simplifications and lean processes within your area.
Your Profile
- University degree in a field relevant to gas turbines.
- Highly motivated, passionate, reliable, and goal-oriented personality.
- Flexibility to work under pressure and willingness to travel globally (up to 40% of the time, including short notice trips).
- Professional planning and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Lotus Notes is preferred.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in German and/or French is preferred, and Italian is a strong advantage.
