Your Qualifications
- Experience in claims management with active phone contact
- Alternatively, experience in accounting with telephone customer contact
- Alternatively, qualification as a legal assistant
- Very good knowledge of SAP-ISU (LWP)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Empathetic and understanding demeanor towards customers
- Persistent willingness to find optimal solutions, even with challenging customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach
Your Tasks
- Outbound telephone collection on open claims in energy supply (80% of the activity)
- Making payment agreements (installment plans, deferrals, etc.)
- Responding to incoming customer calls and written inquiries
- Deciding on the initiation of legal dunning procedures, if necessary
- Follow-up on evaluations of set blocks, installment plans, etc.
