Requirements Profile:
- Completed basic training as a polymechanic or production mechanic EFZ
- Professional experience as a setter
- Knowledge of machine types Okuma, Myano, or Index short turning machines is an advantage
- Knowledge of controls Okuma, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, or Siemens
- Good three-dimensional imagination
- German language skills at least A2
Tasks:
- Setting up multi-axis CNC short turning machines
- Independently manufacturing complex precision turned parts according to production plan
- Adjusting and optimizing CNC programs
- Setting up and programming holder robots (Fanuc control)
- Planning, monitoring, and optimizing production processes
- Ensuring high quality of workpieces
- Resolving production disruptions
- Contributing ideas for process improvement
