Your Mission

As part of our team, you will be responsible for various key functions, including:

  • Infrastructure management, design, build, and maintain cloud-based or cloud-native systems and services.
  • Automation & deployment, utilizing scripting and automation tools to manage infrastructure as code and streamline provisioning.
  • Monitoring and optimization, overseeing system performance, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing resource usage to enhance efficiency.
  • Migration, integration, and configuration of on-premises applications and infrastructure to cloud platforms.
  • Optimizing cloud resources and costs.
  • Ticket processing and infrastructure support.
  • Creation of documentation and user manuals.
  • Participation in on-call services to ensure 24/7/365 operations.
  • Involvement in IT projects management and execution.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Completed education in IT or a strong passion for technology with a willingness to learn.
  • Experience in cloud architecture, administration, or development.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS) and Linux/Windows system administration.
  • Proficiency in automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, and M365.
  • Familiarity with K8S, Kafka, Secrets management, and ELK.
  • Project management education or IT project management skills are beneficial.
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Strong customer and service orientation.
  • Good English skills (spoken & written); German language skills would be a plus.
